In our small restaurant you can eat true roman food, but also some umbrian specialities such as salami and cheeses coming from Nursia. 

For what concerns roman food you can try delicious food like carbonara, amatriciana, rigatoni con la pagliata, cacio e pepe, gricia, pasta e ceci, pasta e fagioli, artichokes roman- and giudia style, roman-style chicken, abbacchio a scottadito, coda alla vaccinara and roman-style tripe.

Among the umbrian selection you'll find: food fettuccine with black truffle, pappardelle with boar ragout, lentils soup Nursia style, hand-cutted ham, maialino porchettato, veal meatball with vegetables and spicy rabbit.

Furthermore, at the Hostaria al 31 you can eat delicious fresh fish receipes like seafood salad, scampi risotto, spaghetti with clams, tonnarelli allo scoglio and grilled squid.

To wash the food down you'll find a nice and fine wine selection. Home-made desserts is also on offer, including our "tiramisù", beloved by our costumers.
